Con miras al Campamento Mundial de IYF 2024, este s\u00e1bado 14 de Octubre, en la sede central de I.Y.F. Per\u00fa, se realiz\u00f3 la \u201cTercera Convocatoria de Voluntarios\u201d con la participaci\u00f3n, de manera presencial y virtual, de varios j\u00f3venes entusiastas por participar en las \u00e1reas de Danza, maquillaje, vestuario, promoci\u00f3n, staff, V.I.P., prensa y auspicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el evento, y a modo de inspiraci\u00f3n, se present\u00f3 un video biogr\u00e1fico de la vida de Kathleen Stephens, primera embajadora mujer de E.E.U.U. en Corea del Sur, y una de los ejemplos m\u00e1s grandes que tiene el voluntariado, debido a la gran labor que realiz\u00f3 en la d\u00e9cada de los 70, en un pueblo coreano de extrema pobreza, con el Cuerpo de Paz, una agencia independiente del gobierno de los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n fue relevante la presentaci\u00f3n del programa Good New Corps, que es uno de los m\u00e1s importantes de IYF, ya que a trav\u00e9s de ella distintos j\u00f3venes realizan su voluntariado en el extranjero. Bel\u00e9n Arias, voluntaria en Estados Unidos en el 2018, cont\u00f3 su experiencia y las dificultades con el idioma, la pronunciaci\u00f3n y c\u00f3mo tuvo que desafiarse ante el temor por no sentirse capaz: \u00abFue un reto para m\u00ed\u00bb. Asimismo, Alisson Ch\u00e1vez, quien estuvo en Filipinas, mencion\u00f3 a los presentes: \u201cHay que ser muy vers\u00e1tiles para ser voluntarios, ser mil oficios\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La parte m\u00e1s importante fue la charla realizada por Daniel Jo, director de I.Y.F. Per\u00fa, donde habl\u00f3 de la importancia de no dejar los sue\u00f1os y objetivos a pesar de la edad: \u201cNosotros a veces pensamos que ya es tarde para aprender, ya soy viejita, ya es muy dif\u00edcil; nunca piensen as\u00ed, nunca ser\u00e1 tarde. Es muy importante que en esta tarde usted tenga una visi\u00f3n: luego de 20 a\u00f1os, \u00bfd\u00f3nde yo voy a estar?; y luego 30 a\u00f1os, \u00bfd\u00f3nde yo voy a estar?\u201d. Luego de esta reflexi\u00f3n, culmin\u00f3 con la invitaci\u00f3n al gran Campamento Mundial que se va a realizar el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, del 28  al 31 de enero, en el anfiteatro del Parque de la Exposici\u00f3n, donde durante 4 noches los ciudadanos podr\u00e1n disfrutar de un evento familiar con grandes conciertos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para finalizar, se explic\u00f3 qu\u00e9 es ser voluntario y su importancia, con el siguiente mensaje: \u201cTu puede ser la luz que ilumina a muchos corazones\u201d. En seguida, distintos j\u00f3venes se unieron a sus \u00e1reas de preferencia para ingresar como nuevos voluntarios en esta aventura con I.Y.F. Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hellen Mej\u00eda, de 26 a\u00f1os: Me enter\u00e9 acerca de la convocatoria de la Fraternidad Internacional de J\u00f3venes, a trav\u00e9s del instagram, que es d\u00f3nde siempre suelo indagar. Eleg\u00ed el \u00e1rea de auspicio, porque justo me va a permitir fortalecer mis habilidades blandas y generar  un espacio en networking.  Referente a esta convocatoria, me ha parecido una experiencia muy grata, porque me  permite poder conocer a m\u00e1s personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emily Espinoza, de 19 a\u00f1os: \u201cConoc\u00ed a I.Y.F., porque vivo cerca y aparte los sigo en las redes sociales de Instagram y me enter\u00e9 de la convocatoria por medio de esta red social, y estoy eligiendo el \u00e1rea de prensa porque creo que eso me puede ayudar a crecer profesionalmente en marketing\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nadia Campos, de 25 a\u00f1os: \u201cConoc\u00ed I.Y.F. a trav\u00e9s de una amistad y me gust\u00f3 mucho. Conocimos un poco sobre lo que es estar en un staff, que es m\u00e1s interactuar, poder estar detr\u00e1s del concierto o del escenario, y tambi\u00e9n estar con edici\u00f3n de video y otras experiencias m\u00e1s; Y conocer al mismo tiempo el uso de estos programas y otros. En conclusi\u00f3n, para mi primera experiencia ha sido algo muy gratificante\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
