Naciones Unidas, Lima-Per\u00fa. Luego de unas palabras de aliento de los tres jurados, y unas pautas a los participantes sobre su oratoria, se dio inicio a la primera participante de los 16 (diecis\u00e9is); que esperaban ansiosos y
